Well it has been about a year since my last blog post! Whoops!! Time sure does fly. This post is a little different.....I thought it would be fun to show you ladies how to get your table Feast ready for under $30!!
It all started this weekend when I saw this old toolbox on a shelf in the garage!

It was perfect for my Fall centerpiece I wanted to make. I dug through my Fall decor and grabbed some fun pieces! (most of the foliage I bought at Dollar Tree, where everything really is a dollar) I also grabbed a pumpkin that I had made out of canning lids last year! As you can see our Cat thought she needed to help out in the selection process. Cat owners will understand LOL.

I started by placing the Fall foliage in the toolbox. Before you do that make sure to pluck some of the flower heads off to use later! Next I added some greenery. I was able to pick up moss and garland at Walmart today for under $10! Add the moss as a filler around your foliage. You are going to cut the garland to fit around the toolbox or whatever centerpiece you choose. I did not glue anything in place so that I could change out the centerpiece for each Season.

For the next step I just started filling in with more decorations. I used the flower heads I saved earlier, glitter pine cones, and some candles I had laying around.

Now it is time to set the table! I choose a light teal placemat because I feel that color compliments the boldness of the colors in the centerpiece! I used our fine china, but you can use any set of dishes that are special to you. Don't be afraid to add in color!

I really hope you enjoy this Blog post! I would love to see your Thanksgiving centerpieces. Thank you ladies for letting me share my joy for craftiness with you. Now back to fashion! We will be hosting our very 1st Fashion Show on Monday, November 13th at MUGS on the Square. I hope to see you there. For more details click HERE.
