Refunds to the original payment method are only available within 14 days of delivery.
Exchanges and store credit remain available within 30 days of purchase. After the 14-day refund window, you can choose an exchange or store credit within that 30-day window.
Returned merchandise must be unworn, undamaged, unwashed, and have original tags still intact. For hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns for earrings, hair accessories, undergarments, hair tools, anything marked "final sale", or any product with the sanitary tags removed.
